Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Stikerku app and website collect, why, and your rights over it. Stikerku is run by Han.dev ([email protected]), who is responsible for the processing described below under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Data we collect

When you sign in with Google

• Your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID.

You can browse and add stickers without signing in. An account is only needed to publish packs, like packs, report and block users.

Content you create

• The sticker images and pack icons you publish.
• Pack names, publisher names, tags, emojis and visibility settings.

The app only reads the images you pick from your gallery. They are turned into stickers on your phone and only uploaded when you tap Publish. Unpublished drafts stay on your phone.

Activity in the app

• Packs you like, users you block and reports you send.
• Packs added to WhatsApp, recorded with a random ID the app creates when it's first installed (not an advertising or device ID) so each phone is counted once.

Technical data

• IP addresses and request times in server logs, used for security and rate limiting.

We don't use ads, third-party trackers or analytics that identify you, and we don't ask for access to your contacts, location, microphone or camera.

How we use data

• To run the service: accounts, publishing, feed, search, likes and adding to WhatsApp.
• Moderation: every published sticker is checked automatically by an adult-content detection model; flagged or reported packs are reviewed by a moderator.
• To count installs and build the trending list.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who can see your data

• Public packs, with your name and profile photo as their creator, are visible to anyone. Unlisted packs are visible to anyone with the link; private packs only to you.
• Your email is never shown to other users.
• Service providers that help run Stikerku: servers and file storage, a content delivery network (CDN), and Google for sign-in. They only process data for those purposes.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law.

We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

Account data and content are kept while your account is active. When you delete a pack or your account, the pack leaves the service immediately and its files are removed from storage within 30 days. After an account is deleted, likes and reports it sent remain without anything that identifies you, so like counts and moderation history stay accurate. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

Stickers other people have already added to WhatsApp are stored on their phones, outside our control.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data and ask for a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete packs at any time, and delete your account and its data (see Delete Account);
• withdraw consent by stopping use of the service and deleting your account.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and your sign-in session is kept in your phone's secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

Stikerku is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent and learn that your child gave us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated, and important changes are announced in the app.
