Terms of Service

By using the Stikerku app or website, you agree to these terms. Stikerku is run by Han.dev ([email protected]). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Stikerku is a platform to make, share, find and add sticker packs to WhatsApp. Stikerku is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.; WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for all activity on it. You must be at least 13; if you are a minor under applicable law, use the service with a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the stickers you make. By publishing a pack, you give Han.dev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display, resize or reformat, and distribute that content as part of the service, including letting other users add it to their WhatsApp according to the visibility you chose. This permission ends when you delete the pack, except for copies already installed on other users' phones.

You confirm that:

• you own the images you upload, or have permission from their owner;
• people whose faces appear in your stickers have agreed, especially for stickers made from photos of friends or family;
• your content doesn't break the law or these terms.

4. Prohibited content

You may not publish content that:

• contains pornography, nudity or sexual content;
• shows graphic violence or self-harm, or glorifies violence;
• attacks or demeans people based on ethnicity, religion, race, group, gender, disability or orientation;
• bullies, threatens or humiliates specific people;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other people's rights;
• includes other people's personal data without permission;
• is illegal, including promoting drugs, gambling or scams;
• is spam or misleading.

5. Moderation

Every sticker is checked automatically before it appears, and users can report packs. We may hold, hide or remove content, and restrict or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Repeated copyright infringement leads to account closure. Copyright reports follow the copyright report procedure.

6. Using other people's stickers

Packs you add may be used for personal use in WhatsApp. The rights stay with their creators; don't sell them or claim them as your own work.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every WhatsApp version. To the extent the law allows, Han.dev is not liable for indirect losses arising from using the service, nor for content made by users.

8. Ending use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (see Delete Account). We may end the service or your access if these terms are broken.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above will change, and important changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first to be settled amicably.
